I like working with strategic and business teams to develop and support Business Cases, Develop and maintain best practice project management standards, Agile methodology, and processes. I have the best-in-industry project tools, to create project pipelines that align with enterprise goals to ensure compliance with enterprise architectural standards and policies. I'm able to apply a range of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, reporting, and metric tracking.
